may be licensed to practice law in one or more United States jurisdictions
or in India or other countries, none of these personnel with legal
training and experience are acting as lawyers to the clients or
customers of Quatrro Legal Solutions or Quatrro BPO Solutions,
or any other subsidiary of Quatrro BPO Solutions. No Quatrro Representatives
are engaged in the practice of law on behalf of the clients or
customers of Quatrro Legal Solutions or Quatrro BPO Solutions,
or any other subsidiary of Quatrro BPO Solutions, regardless of
whether these Quatrro Representatives work or reside in the United
States or India or any other country. Quatrro Representatives
are service providers to lawyers who work in corporations, law
firms and other entities in the United States and throughout the
world; any or all of these Quatrro Representatives work under
the supervision and direction of such lawyers, who are responsible
for providing legal advice to their respective clients.
