Quatrro Legal Solutions is the US subsidiary of Quatrro BPO, an Indian company, whose senior management started the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry over 20 years ago for American Express and General Electric. Since 1992, the Quatrro BPO management team has migrated over 600 processes to offshore locations for many Fortune 50 companies, including Citibank, Bank of America, Microsoft, AOL and Delta Airlines.
