INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY EXPERIENCE
Our Vice President, Intellectual Property, has been practicing in the United States for more than 35 years as a specialist in this area. He has been a partner in large firms,
and previously also worked as a corporate lawyer. He has substantial Intellectual Property experience with respect to issues in Contracts, International Trade, and Administrative Permissions and Licenses and Export Controls. His undergraduate degree is in Electrical Engineering. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Our Senior Manager in India is a registered patent agent and is admitted to practice before the Indian Patent Office. He earned his undergraduate mechanical engineering degree, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree, from Madras University. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in e-Commerce and Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organisation, Geneva. He has more than 5 years of experience in Patent Examination/Prosecution in the engineering domain, encompassing both mechanical/materials and other allied fields.
In addition, Scope e-Knowledge, which is now part of the Quatrro group, is an integrated business information & Knowledge Management Organization.
